Job Descriptions

- Creating, implementing, and maintaining a robust and scalable Group Policy Object to support the customer's security and compliance requirements. - Maintaining existing or creating new Group Policy settings and configurations, and applying in golden images - Testing, deploying Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to manage user and computer configurations across the customer's organization. - Troubleshooting and resolving Group Policy-related issues, ensuring seamless user experience and IT operations. - Collaborating with various IT teams to understand business requirements and implementing into effective Group Policy settings. - Monitoring the effectiveness of Group Policy implementations and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and user experience. - Updating, testing and applying the new applications or extensions for golden images. (various laptop model) - Creating, adding, modifying, deleting groups in Active Directory for users and computers. - VDI Support - creating, editing, testing for new applications or GPO to assign in virtual machines - Assign whitelist or special applications via SCCM to specific clients. - Generating weekly and monthly comprehensive reports on Group Policy settings, compliance metrics and all client report include BitLocker enable report to stakeholder **Can communicate in English**

Qualifications

Male or female, 28-35 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Microsoft 365-focused roles.
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
Proficient in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for mobile and Windows device management.
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint: threat protection, attack surface reduction,and security baselines.
Ability to work flexible
**Intermediate level of English**
Contract 1 Year. (renewable)
