Job Descriptions
- ว่าความด้านคดีตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย
- ให้คำปรึกษา ความช่วยเหลือทั้งในคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา แก่ผู้ประสบภัยหรือพนักงานบริษัท
- เจรจาทวงถามบริษัทประกันภัยคู่กรณีที่เป็นฝ่ายต้องรับผิดตามสัญญาประกันภัย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสาร และรวบรวมข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับการฟ้องร้อง ต่อสู้คดี โต้แย้ง ทั้งในชั้นพนักงานสอบสวนศาล
- งานอื่น ๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขานิติศาสตร์หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ และประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายและว่าความ 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทนายความประกันภัยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ หรือรถจักรยานยนต์ได้ (มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่)
