Job Descriptions

•Ensuring that the new item FAI and/or engineering change of backend Final QA are within specification and/or customer requirement both document & finished goods. •Preparing and verifying Extrusion First Article Inspection (FAI) with Production Supervisor and Production Manager/ Plant Manager •Making decisions if problems arise. Coordinating with supervisor, production representatives or other relevant department to achieve an overall efficient result. •Ensuring that all final inspections of MGA parts, Extrusion Products and Anodized Parts are carried out according to the company quality standard. •Ensuring improvement and maintenance of the quality system according to the company standard. •Conducting quality related training to ensure the skill set of operators. •Ensuring the communication with key personnel e.g. Planning, Purchase, Shipping, •Production, Engineering, Product Quality / QA Director if there is any quality problem and customer complaint raised. •Ensuring that the procedures as specified in the quality system have been followed and that all work in the facility is carried out to the required standard

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or demonstrated equal working, experiences and thinking level.
have minimum 2 years work experience in engineering field.
be able to use measuring devices, reading drawing & SOM would be an advantage.
have good communication skills of English both spoken and written.
