Job Descriptions
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Garment Production Planning Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining smooth workflow within the garment manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels • Coordinate with various departments (cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing) to ensure efficient production flow • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed • Analyze order requirements, fabric consumption, and manpower needs • Track delivery timelines and ensure on-time shipments • Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in garment production planning
  4. Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning software
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Good command of English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
