Job Descriptions
1.สนับสนุน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุปกรณ์ หรือระบบต่างๆ ที่ใช้งานในองค์กรและตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 2.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ปัญหา  3.ติดตาม hardware vendor ในการซ่อม hardware ต่างๆ ทั้งที่อยู่ใน และนอกการรับประกัน 4.ติดตามให้ระบบ update virus pattern และ system patch ให้ทันสมัย 5.ดำเนินการ back up ข้อมูลในระบบต่างๆ บนเครื่องแม่ข่าย 6.ติดตั้ง OS software และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ การติดตั้ง device driver ต่างๆให้กับเครื่อง computer ได้ 7.ดูแลอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น CCTV ,ระบบ WIFI internet, ระบบโทรศัพท์
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ IT Support / Helpdesk / Service desk อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับ Hardware / Software / Network ที่ใช้ในองค์กร ได้
  4. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับนโยบายการรับประกันของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมทั้งติดตามระยะเวลาในการรับประกันของอุปกรณ์
  5. มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการให้บริการที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้งานได้เป็นอย่างดี หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Database และ Web Development (Excel (Macro), Access, MySQL, ,  HTML, ..) หรือมีประสบการณ์ในการ Implement ERP system พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
