Job Descriptions
Job Description: - Conduct outreach calls to prospective leads and clients, introducing them to our services and encouraging them to book a consultation. - Guide clients through the consultation booking process, offering support and answering any questions to help finalize the appointment. - Follow up with clients who have not yet booked consultations to provide additional information and encouragement, maintaining strong and positive client relationships. - Document all interactions and updates related to client engagement and consultation booking, providing regular updates on outreach progress and results.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or client outreach, preferably in a service-based industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and conversion targets.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is a plus.
  4. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a confident, customer-focused approach.
  5. Ability to address objections, build rapport quickly, and guide clients toward booking consultations.
  6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  7. Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other lead tracking tools.
  8. Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Experience in education, consulting, or similar industries is an advantage.
