Job Descriptions
1.Conduct product and material tests according to standards and specifications. 2.Record, analyze, and report test data with accuracy and traceability. 3.Maintain lab equipment calibration and ensure readiness for audits. 4.Communicate test results with quality, engineering, and production teams. 5.Participate in failure analysis and support root cause investigations. 6.Implement Kaizen for improving lab testing efficiency and accuracy. 7.Follow 5S standards in laboratory organization. 8.Coordinate cross-functional trials and validations. 9.Generate periodic lab test reports for management review. 10.Support product safety and compliance initiatives. 11. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or product development.
  3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
