- สรรหาบุคคลากร จัดลำดับคิวในการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครเบื้องต้น ติดตาม สรุปรายงานผล (ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด) - ทำหน้าที่เป็นเลขานุการผู้บริหาร - ดูแลประกาศรับสมัครงานตามแหล่งต่างๆ - ดูแลเอกสารข้อมูลใบสมัคร จัดเก็บเอกสาร และการบันทึกข้อมูล ทะเบียน พนักงาน ทุกๆระบบ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ปฐมนิเทศ กฎข้อบังคับ ระเบียบการทำงาน ให้พนักงานใหม่รับทราบ - งานด้านบุคคลทั้งระบบ - งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ตามที่ได้มอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป เพศหญิง จบการศึกษาปริญญาตี สาขารัฐศาสตร์ , บริหารงานบุคคล หรือสาขาที่กี่ยวข้อง
  2. การศึกษาปริญญาตี สาขารัฐศาสตร์ , บริหารงานบุคคล หรือสาขาที่กี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปี สายงานด้านบุคคล
  4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน
  5. สามารถทนต่อความกดดันในการทำงานได้
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง
