Job Descriptions
Demand Forecasting & Planning: - Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for dry grocery products using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activity insights. - Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to align replenishment strategies with promotions, new product launches, and seasonal trends. Inventory Management: - Optimize inventory levels across large-format stores to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and holding costs. - Implement and monitor inventory control systems, including reorder points, lead times, and safety stock levels. - Allocate stock efficiently based on store demand patterns and performance analysis. Replenishment Operations: - Oversee the end-to-end replenishment process, ensuring timely order placement and efficient stock distribution to stores. - Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline replenishment flow and minimize supply chain disruptions. - Monitor product movement, proactively addressing potential stock shortages or overstock issues. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, fill rates, stock availability, and forecast accuracy. - Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve replenishment effectiveness.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or inventory management within large-format retail, grocery, or FMCG sectors.
  3. Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain operations.
  4. Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong collaboration and communication abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  7. Good in English.
