Job Descriptions
- Supervise and manage store renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. - Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and company policies. - Oversee structural modifications, material selection, and finishing work for renovation projects. - Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety measures, and adherence to project specifications. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. - Manage project documentation, including progress reports, cost tracking, and approvals. - Identify and resolve construction-related issues, ensuring timely problem-solving. - Optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation for each renovation project.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. 5-8 years of experience in construction, renovation, or site supervision, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
  3. Understanding of construction materials, structural modifications, and renovation processes.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  5. Ability to coordinate multiple renovation projects efficiently and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
