Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบการเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย / การเบิกเงินสดย่อย ของทุกสาขา
2. ตรวจสอบรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ของทุกสาขาให้ถูกต้อง
3. ตรวจสอบบการเบิกรถ / การใช้งานรถ/ สถานะรถ / GPS ของทุกสาขาให้ถูกต้อง
4. ทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินการประจำสัปดาห์ ปัญหาที่พบ ของทุกสาขา
5. จัดเตรียมรายงาน ข้อมูล เพื่อนำเสนอในที่ประชุม
6. ช่วยควบคุมการดำเนินงานของแต่ละสาขาให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
8. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ่ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหาร การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน ธุรการ / งานเลขา อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- อายุ 28 – 37 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูด การเขียน และการนำเสนอ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่่
