Job Descriptions

1.Planning Manpower, check exact condition compare with plan 2.Meeting and Advise team as per general condition 3.Problem analysis and find solution for machine problem during production 4.Issue, control and response all document are related all of production activity 5.Purchasing, control raw material and any production equipment support 6.Control all Machine, Tool and Measuring Equipment to ready for production 7.Summarize productivity, Quality, OEE of month, make action plan, report to Manager 8.Annouce and coordinate with related section when problem happen in production line 9.Responsible for all material support to production ex specification, quantity, schedute etc. 10.Join meeting with other section for support any activity in company. 11.Support all production activity 12.Follow work assignment from Manager

Qualifications

Male / Female Age 32-42 years.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or relate fields.
At least 10 years in Production engineering and production line (Assembly) management
Good cooperation, English, IATF16949 and Core tool, ISO14001, IE, ANSI/ESD
Good cooperation Equipment and JIG design review. (Be desirable) VBA, RDBMS (MS Access or above) and data analysis
Line Balancing, TPM, Lean manufacturing, CCCF Activity.
