Job Descriptions
1.วางกลยุทธ์คอนเทนต์ (Content Strategy)
- วางแนวทางการสื่อสารและกลยุทธ์คอนเทนต์ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Positioning และ Marketing Objectives
- กำหนด Key Messages และ Content Pillars สำหรับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
2.บริหารและกำกับทีมสร้างสรรค์
- ดูแลทีม Content Writer, Art Director, Graphic Designer, Videographer และ Freelancers
- ให้คำแนะนำเชิงกลยุทธ์และเชิงสร้างสรรค์
- ประเมินผลการทำงานและพัฒนาศักยภาพทีม
3.ดูแลกระบวนการผลิตคอนเทนต์
- วาง Content Calendar รายเดือน / ไตรมาส
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเนื้อหาทุกชิ้น
- ควบคุมคุณภาพของเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Guideline
4.วัดผลและพัฒนาคอนเทนต์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น
- วิเคราะห์ Performance ของคอนเทนต์
- สังเคราะห์ Insight เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์
- สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเป็นประจำ
5.ทำงานประสานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ร่วมวางแผนและสนับสนุนแคมเปญการตลาด
- ประสานกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้แนวทางสื่อสารสอดคล้องกัน
- นำเสนอแนวทางและแผนงานต่อผู้บริหาร
6.ติดตามเทรนด์และพัฒนาแนวทางใหม่ ๆ
- อัปเดตเทรนด์สื่อใหม่ ๆ และนำมาปรับใช้
- ทดลองแนวทางใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มความแตกต่างและความโดดเด่นของแบรนด์
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ Creative Content / Digital Marketing 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- เข้าใจ Always-on Content และ TikTok
- มีทักษะบริหารทีมและให้ Feedback สร้างสรรค์
- ใช้ Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics ได้
- มีทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
