- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics. - Develop and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance competitive advantage. - Analyze and manage supply chain risks, including the development of contingency plans for potential disruptions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. - Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of commercial terms and performance evaluation. - Implement digital tools and technologies to enhance supply chain performance and visibility. - Monitor industry trends in food and agriculture to align supply chain strategies with market developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics technologies, and ERP systems.
Excellent management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of leadership, with the ability to perform well under pressure and effectively lead a team.
Experience in the food or agricultural industry is a plus.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
The company plans to relocate towards the end of the year to Khlong Nueng Sub-district, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province.
