Job Descriptions
Accountang Staff :Task & Responsibilities: General accounting and financial process of the company such as payment, receipts, etc. Verify and record invoices to ensure the completeness and accurate of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards. Control accounts payable especially payment functions ensuring accurate recording of expense and payment of vendors in a timely. Handle petty cash and summary report for reimbursement. Keep track of collections from clients and issue receipts correctly. Account transaction recording and bank reconciliation at the end of the month. Prepare tax documents such as VAT PP.30,36, PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Age between 28 – 45 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial related field Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Word format and accounting software Fair/Good in reading and written English Integrity, attention to detail and good teamwork skills
Qualifications
  1. Accounting certificate.
  2. Can speak a little Chinese.
  3. Preferably with at least one year of finance experience
