Job Descriptions

- Oversee the operation of electric vehicle charging stations to ensure maximum efficiency, track performance metrics, and resolve technical or service issues through coordination with relevant teams. - Engage with charging station users to gather feedback, collaborate with product and customer service teams to improve the overall user experience. - Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies to increase station usage and awareness, design and implement promotional campaigns that drive station utilization and revenue growth. - Lead brand-building initiatives through promotional activities and events, both online and offline, communicate updates, promotions, and station availability to users through various channels. - Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to ensure issues are resolved promptly, and work with the Marketing and Sales Team to support promotional activities and provide product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
0-3 years of operational or marketing experience in EV charging station business or eCommerce platform business
Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry or renewable energy sector is advantageous
Excellent business coordination and communication abilities
Proficiency in English communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
