Job Descriptions
Manufacturing Staff (Production Management, Process Improvement, Quality Control, etc.) •Ability to interpret and translate between Japanese and Thai (business level) •Ability to interpret and translate between Japanese I English and Thai (business level) Preferred: •Knowledge and experience with Toyota Production System (TPS) •Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction •Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Qualifications
  1. Japanese/English ⇔ Thai interpretation and translation (meetings, on-site instructions, etc.)
  2. Management and improvement of production lines
  3. Enhancing production efficiency using Toyota Production System (TPS)
  4. Quality control, cost reduction, and promotion of 5S activities
  5. Practical experience in manufacturing (preferably 3+ years)
  6. Ability to interpret and translate between Japanese or English and Thai (business level)
  7. Basic knowledge of production management
