Job Descriptions
•Responsible for preparing and receiving customers’ visits for process audits and the following preparation and implementation of action plans. •Interface with customer’s SDE for meeting requirements from the customer end regarding quality assurance and control. •Organize team meetings with relevant departments to analyze defects root cause, set up target defect rate and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Interface with quality department from parent company for quality judgement, quality feedback and resolve of quality issues. •Coordinates relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of new models’ PPAP schedule. •Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently •Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of service •Coordinates relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of new models’ PPAP schedule. •Responsible for preparing and receiving customers’ visits for process audits and the follow •Coordinates Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently •Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
