Job Descriptions
- บันทึกบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงิน
- เตรียมรายการจ่ายเงินผ่านระบบ Online (K-Connect)
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และตรวจสอบการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานภาษี (ภงด.1, 3, 53 และ ภพ.30) เพื่อยื่นต่อกรมสรรพากร
- จัดทำรายงานส่งผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส / ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์สามารถพิจารณาผู้สมัครที่จบใหม่ได้)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีอากรเบื้องต้น
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมบัญชีต่างๆ ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้าง
