Job Descriptions
-Responsible for managing administrative duties such as managing files & documents.
- Follow up report from all department
- Keep track of pending task and coordinate to finish
- General coordinator of internal departments
- Other related Administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Female
- 30+ yrs old
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management or related fields
- With at least 2+ years of experience in Secretarial position
- Have knowledge in Real Estate industry is an advantage
- Skilled in systematic document management
- Good communication skills both in English & Thai (Listen, speak, read, write)
- Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
