Job Descriptions
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Flight Ticket Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flight ticket booking and reservation systems, particularly Amadeus or Sabre, and be passionate about helping customers book their perfect flights. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset, we would love to have you on our team.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Flight Ticket Specialist, Travel Agent, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  2. Strong working knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre booking systems (mandatory).
  3. Experience with flight ticket booking, modification, and cancellations for both domestic and international flights.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  5. problem-solving skills and ability to handle booking issues efficiently.
  6. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  8. Knowledge of travel industry trends and airline fare structures.
