Job Descriptions
1. สรุป วิเคราะห์ และหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหาต่างๆภายในแผนก 2. อบรมให้ความรู้พนักงานในแผนกเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการทำงาน ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 3.จัดทำเอกสาร ระเบียบปฏิบัติงาน เอกสารสนับสนุน แบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผน 4. มีประสบการณ์ ด้านการผลิต carrier tape หรือ plastic forming 5 ปีขึ้นไป 5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ เครื่องจักร และ ระบบไฟฟ้า 6. ดูแล ควบคุม การผลิต และแผนก ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย
  2. อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา – จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิศวกรรมเมคาทรอนิกส์ , วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล,หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความเข้าใจการทำงานของเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต Carrier Tape เช่น เครื่อง Thermoforming, Punching, Embossing รวมถึงระบบอัตโนมัติและการควบคุม
  5. มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของพลาสติก กระบวนการขึ้นรูป (เช่น Thermoforming, Extrusion) และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Carrier Tape
  6. มีความรู้ด้านการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ (Mold Design) และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดของเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถทำงานร่วมฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง และลูกค้า เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการ
