Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 38-42 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ IE, ME, EE หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในระบบ Lean, Kaizen, Improvement.
  4. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเชื่อมและประกอบ (ประโยชน์)
  5. การสื่อสารที่ดี และมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับมนุษย์
  6. การสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
  7. มีทักษะการจัดการ และบุคลิกภาพดี
