Job Descriptions

1.Senior Technician / Technician (Facilities) -Overall maintenance and operation of facilities utilities and equipment, including HVAC, CDA, Power, Lighting, fire alarm system, rest rooms -Responsible for making arrangements in the inspection of facilities drainage system, septic tanks, and chemical sump pits -Routine electrical inspection of MDB, and transformers in all buildings -Arrange Annual Power inspections for all 3 buildings and supervise inspection contractor -Maintenance and weekly testing of cooling system for the HT process -Update spare parts/materials inventory records and prepare requests for standard spare parts and materials based on minimum stock levels and reorder quantities. -Support/assist other team members in installation, troubleshooting and repair of power related issues -Drainage/Sewage systems 2.Technician (EEM) -Support Machine Maintenance faults, trouble shooting and diagnostic.24 Hrs. by repairing and record machine down time sheet. -Ensure all Machine in Production line are good condition by Preventive maintenance. Survey monitor machine are good condition. -Machine Upgrade/Equipment Improvement/Modify by Add Mechanic Equipment/Jig/Fixture /Controller / Assembly, Wiring control Box, Programing. Installed, test run , Debugging. And Buy Off to Production. -Support work request relate machine upgrade or production improvement, Build , assemble , install new machine 3.Metrology and Calibration Technician -Perform the mechanical to generate programming equipment for Nikon, Zygo or others of QA Metrology. -Support the mechanical measurement works to QA department or related departments. -Managing, maintain, monitoring the Calibration timetable all equipment calibration due date. -Instruction and training the measurement works for QC inspectors are following SOP documents. -Perform GR&R for QA equipment and internal correlation activity

Qualifications

All position age 22 years above
Sr. Technician (Facilities) /Technician (Facilities,EEM) : Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Field
Sr. Technician (Facilities) : Working Experience: 5 Years minimum
Technician (Facilities,EEM) : Working Experience: 2 Years minimum
Working Experience(Facilites) : Wastewater treatment system, Chiller system , Air Compressor system ,Water system , Utilities/equipment operation preferred
Working Experience (EEM): Knowledge of machine Equipment and Maintenance , automation control. Pneumatic,Welding
A Preferred Energy Responsibility (PRE) certificate will be given special consideration. (Electrical)
Metrology and Calibration Technician: Diploma in Mechanical or related Field
Metrology and Calibration Technician: Working Experience: 2 Years minimum
Working Experience (Calibration):Vision CMM, general mechanical measurement equipment’s, Basic SPC
Good attitude and good communication
Good relationship and good personality.
Able to work in night shift and diligent.
