Job Descriptions
1.ออกใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) 2.รวบรวมเอกสารประกอบการเบิกจ่ายให้กับซัพพลายเออร์ 3.ใช้ระบบ Influencer Tool ขององค์กร และบันทึกลงระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง อย่างน้อยจำนวน 40 เพจ ต่อเดือน 4.ทำหน้าที่ support ทีม Sale ในการค้นหา Influencer ให้เหมาะสมกับแผนงานที่วางไว้ในแต่ละแคมเปญ 5.รับผิดชอบการจัดการแคมเปญ Influencer ในแต่ละ platform เช่นTikTok, Instagram, Facebook และ YouTube ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 6.สรุป report ผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญให้ตรงตาม Timeline ได้อย่างถูกต้องและสวยงาม 7.ต่อรองต้นทุนอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อตกลงที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่บริษัทฯ 8.สรุปยอดซื้อ Influencer และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆในแต่ละเดือน และจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อชำระเงินให้กับ Supplier 9. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศใดก็ได้ หญิง / ชาย / เพศทางเลือก
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ ไม่จำกัดคณะ)
  3. เข้าใจการทำงานกับ KOL ที่ทำงานไม่ได้เป็นเวลา
  4. กล้าแสดงออกทางความคิด มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
  5. มี Sense ในการแก้ปัญหาและเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
  6. กระตือรือร้น ไม่เทงาน แม้ต้องทำงานในวันหยุด
  7. รับมือกับทุกสถานการณ์ได้ดี
