Job Descriptions
1.จัดการระบบข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ อัพเดท, ย้าย, นำรถเข้าระบบ 2.แจ้งประสานงาน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการทำงานของระบบ GPS 3.ประสานงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ GPS ในองค์กร / ลูกค้า / คู่ค้า ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์, ทางไลน์ หรือทางอีเมล 4.ประสานงานกับราชการ เช่น กรมการขนส่งทางบก, กสทช. เป็นต้น 5.อบรมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ให้กับลูกค้าแบบ onsite/online 6.วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการขับขี่จากข้อมูล GPS 7.จัดทำรายงาน GPS Report และรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
  2. สามารถออกแบบ / รวบรวม / ประมวลผล รายงานตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการเบื้องต้นได้
  3. มีทักษะเชิงคิดวิเคราะห์และการเจรจาต่อรอง
  4. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน สื่อสารได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะในการวางแผนและแก้ปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ,อดทน,กระตือรือร้น และรักงานบริการ และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
  7. ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ หยุด 2 วัน/สัปดาห์ (หยุดวันธรรมดา 1 วัน และ วันเสาร์หรืออาทิตย์ 1 วัน)
  8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ทั้งเกียร์ กระปุก/ออโต้
  9. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบติดตามรถ GPS Tracking จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม GPS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  11. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในอุปกรณ์ GPS พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริม หรืออุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี
  12. สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
