หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1. ส่งเอกสารส่งออกทั้งชุดอย่างครบถ้วนถูกต้องและทันเวลา 2. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท 3. ส่ง SI, VGM ก่อนเวลา CUT TIME 4. จัดทำ INV, PKL และคอนเฟิร์มดราฟเอกสารศุลกากรปลายทางกับลูกค้า 5. ตรวจสอบ, ลงบันทึกและทำเรื่องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น 6. จัดทำทำเอกสารใบขนขาออก พร้อมกับแนบเอกสารตัวจริง BL,PHYTO,FORM E,INVOICE(FOB) ให้กับทางโรงงานทุกเดือน 7. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในสายงาน Freight Forwarder หรือ Logistics
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
สามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
