Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and e-mail. •Recheck the part name, part number, and position number with a spare part list of each compressor. •Create the quotation number in the quotation list and request prices. •Update progress of quotation to agents/customers. •Calculate the price by using a calculation sheet and compare it with old sale prices and per-margin. •Following orders from agents/customers. Languages skills •English: Conversational •Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate Phase 3 Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Average 1 day per month)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Bachelor’s Degree
Female gender
At least 2 years working experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Support in ay manufacturing.
Fresh grad also welcome.
Have working experience making document of quotation, sales enquiries support another department.
Required TOEIC 700 up (Conversational High to communicate with Japanese Manager and international customers)
Proficient in a variety of computer software: Microsoft Office
