Job Descriptions
1.สรรหาทรัพยากรและจัดการแรงงาน (Recruiting and Staffing) 2.จัดเตรียมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาตนองค์กร 3.ประเมินผลในการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ของบุคคลภายในองค์กร 4.บริหารอัตราจ้างงาน (Payroll) 5.ดำเนินการจัดการวางแผนในเรื่องระเบียบวินัยของการทำงาน ดูแลในเรื่องของสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน 6.ส่งเสริมแรงงานสัมพันธ์ และรับผิดชอบเรื่องระบบข้อมูล การตรวจสอบ 7.บริหารจัดการงานประกันสังคม และงานภาษีส่วนของลูกจ้าง 8.ดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงาน เพื่อจัดทำ Visa & Work permit พนักงานต่างชาติ 9.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  3. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน กฎหมายประกันสังคมและพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมและพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เป็นต้น
  5. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ในระดับดีและสามารถคำนวณเงินเดือนได้ เช่น MS Office [word, excel, power point]
  6. หากเคยปฏิบัติงานในระดับหัวหน้างานสายงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลในธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมจะเป็นประโยชน์
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การจัดการและทัศนคติที่ดี
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
