Job Descriptions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to grasp talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various departments. - Execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to pre-onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey. - Maintain transparent communication, providing timely updates and sharing recruitment insights with stakeholders. - Analyze recruitment data for data-driven decision-making and process optimization. - Focus on executing recruitment tasks efficiently to meet specialized hiring objectives - Manage Time Attendance for Live stream hosts and Admins - Arrange training session schedule
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  2. Proven (at least) 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and growth-orient
  3. Fluency in Thai and English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current sourcing strategies
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
