Job Descriptions
1. Engineering and Construction Knowledge •Able to read construction drawings and understand structural systems, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems. •Understands construction methods, materials, and relevant industry standards. 2. Work Experience •Typically requires at least 3 years of experience in construction. •Has prior experience managing construction sites or overseeing project operations. Management and Soft Skills • Planning and Organizational Skills •Capable of planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines and stay within budget. •Able to control and monitor progress to ensure quality and timelines are met. •Can provide regular updates, daily/weekly reports, and project summaries. • Leadership and Coordination •Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members, engineers, laborers, subcontractors, and clients. •Able to handle on-site issues and solve problems efficiently. • Attention to Detail and High Responsibility •Construction work demands precision; a high level of responsibility for safety and quality is essential. •Can perform on-site inspections during project execution. •Coordinates efficiently between clients and internal/external teams. • Working Hours •Works 6 days a week. •Flexible with days off and able to adapt to project schedules.
Qualifications
  1. Can perform on-site inspections during project execution.
  2. Proficient in basic software such as MS Word and Excel.
  3. Able to use email for both internal and external communication effectively.
