1.คอยรับแจ้งปัญหาจาก Use ทาง E-mail และโทรศัพท์
2.แนะนำให้คำปรึกษาแก้ไขปัญหา IT เบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
3.Remote แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
4.สรุปงานรายวัน, รายสัปดาห์, รายเดือน
5.ทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีวุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีหรือคุณวุฒิอย่างอื่นที่เทียบเท่าได้ในระดับเดียวกัน ในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
