Job Descriptions
-ให้บริการและช่วยเหลือด้าน IT ภายในองค์กร -ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ -แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิคและปัญหาการใช้งานของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ -อื่นๆ -ดูแลระบบเครือข่ายภายในองค์กร -สนับสนุนและดูแลระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและระบบคลาวด์ -รับแจ้งปัญหาจากผู้ใช้งานและดำเนินการแก้ไขในเวลาที่เหมาะสม -สามารถติดตั้งกล้องวงจรได้
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. -ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน IT Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปี พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, MacOS, Linux
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, MacOS, Linux
  5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, MacOS, Linux
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการให้บริการที่ดี
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
