Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: •Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety rules, regulations, and standards. •Develop, implement, and continuously improve the safety management system. •Organize and coordinate safety activities, such as safety awareness campaigns, training, and safety days. •Monitor and oversee the factory's security system to ensure a safe working environment. •Manage day-to-day safety operations, including risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations. •Provide safety orientation and training for employees, visitors, and contractors, including work permit system management. •DO and handle for ISO 14001 for remain certified and continuously. •Waste management control.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in the safety field within a manufacturing.
  3. Certified Safety Officer (Technical or Supervisory level)
  4. Strong understanding of ISO14001 is an advantage.
  5. Good English skills both writing and speaking are an advantage.
  6. Experience in contractor safety management, including Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessment (RA).
  7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
