Job Descriptions
- วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบ และดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ตลอดจนให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดการสูญเสียน้อยที่สุด ­- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการกำหนดสูตร มาตรฐานการผลิตและข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้เกิดความถูกต้องตรงตามผลการวิจัย ­- จัดทำต้นทุนราคาสินค้า (costing) ที่พัฒนาให้มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม - สามารถ คิดและพัฒนาสูตรสินค้าต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงาน ­- ประสานงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามแผนการพัฒนาปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินการตามแผนงาน
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารและโภชนาการ, สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหาร, พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร/เกษตร, ผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ Frozen, Chill จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. สามารถคำนวณ nutrition และ food cost ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  4. MS.Office ระดับการใช้งานได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการประสานงาน การทำงานเป็นทีม และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
  6. มีความรู้เรื่องกฏหมายเบื้องต้นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
  7. สามารถทำงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้
  8. ปฎิบัติงานที่ บมจ.แพ็คฟู๊ด ตรงข้าม แม็คโคร มหาชัย
