Job Descriptions
1. สำรวจ วิเคราะห์ และประเมินความต้องการในการฝึกอบรม (Training Needs Analysis – TNA) ของแต่ละแผนก 2. วางแผนและจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปีให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร 3. ออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม หรือประสานงานกับวิทยากรภายใน/ภายนอกในการจัดอบรม 4. ดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมทั้งภายใน (In-house) และภายนอก (Public Training) 5. ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (Training Evaluation) ทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว 6. พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรม และจัดเก็บประวัติการอบรมของพนักงาน 7. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Learning Culture) 8. สนับสนุนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนารายบุคคล (Individual Development Plan – IDP) และแผนการเติบโตในสายอาชีพ (Career Path) 9. ติดตาม พัฒนา และประเมินผลโครงการต่างๆ เช่น Talent Development/ Leadership Program 10. จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการฝึกอบรม เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. เพศไม่จำกัด
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี หรือผ่านการอบรมตามที่กำหนด (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีประสบการณ์เข้าใจระบบ ISO 9001:2015 (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
