Job Descriptions

1. Design and optimize the coating process to ensure product quality and production efficiency. 2. Monitor the operation of the painting production line, timely find and solve the problems in the production process. 3. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the coating process is coordinated with product design, production, quality inspection and other links. 4. Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of painting equipment, to ensure the normal operation of equipment, reduce the failure rate. 5. Continue to pay attention to the development trend of the industry, introduce new coating technology and materials, improve product quality and production efficiency. 6. Prepare coating process documents and technical specifications, and provide training and guidance for production personnel.

Qualifications

22~45 years old, bachelor degree or above
More than 5 years of full-time painting engineer work experience in the company.
Have working experience in Carter's or Deere's supplier factory, familiar with Carter's or Deere's standards
Expect to have a good command of English
Hope to have a good working attitude and personal habits
Hope that can accept occasional overtime work
Company paint system management, paint quality assurance manual, paint quality control document preparation, and constantly improve
Paint related personnel qualification management, certification examination and training management, personnel qualification list management
Responsible for paint system related process technical document preparation, review
Responsible for paint materials and auxiliary materials management
The company paint parameters, database maintenance and management, process data maintenance system management and application
Organize paint audit and qualification certification, system and workshop maintenance and management
