Job Descriptions-Advise the employer and employees on compliance with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and company safety policies
-Advise employees in the workplace working in according to the safety rule and regulation and
the safety manual.
-Develop and maintain a safety training plan, including emergency drills, in compliance with legal terms and conditions.
-Evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures and provide suggestions to the employer for proper practices that are in conformity with the laws.
-Analyze and investigate the causes of accidents, illness or annoyance resulting from working of
the employees, and make a report of the investigation, together with suggesting resolution or corrective actions to the employer.
-Organize and conduct monthly safety committee meeting and safety patrol.
-Coordinate and prepare legally required reports for submission to related government or local authorities.
-Monitoring and measurement environmental in workplace and ensure alignment with safety standards.
-Establish, implement and monitor safety master plan and law requirement.
