Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ - ควบคุมและติดตามงานโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผน ระยะเวลา งบประมาณ และคุณภาพที่กำหนด - ประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร - จัดทำแผนงานโครงการ เช่น Gantt Chart, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Resource Allocation - ติดตามความคืบหน้าของแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมรายงานสถานะให้ผู้จัดการแผนกทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ - วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในโครงการ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข - ควบคุมความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ทำงานตามแนวทางขององค์กร - จัดทำเอกสารรายงาน สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และจัดเก็บเอกสารโครงการอย่างเป็นระบบ Technical / Function Skills - ใช้ Project Planning tools ได้ เช่น Gantt chart หรือ Trello - เข้าใจ Process Improvement เช่น Lean, Kaizen, Karakuri, Six Sigma ระดับเบื้องต้นหรือปานกลาง - Basic cost & Budget control ช่วยควบคุมต้นทุน วางแผนงบโครงการเบื้องต้น - Quality / Time / Safety Monitoring ติดตาม 3 ปัจจัยหลักของโปรเจค - Technical Drawing & Specification อ่านแบบวิศวกรรมหรือเอกสารสเปคสินค้าได้ Soft Skills - Communication Skill สื่อสารกับทีมช่าง วิศวกร และหน่วยงานอื่นได้ชัดเจน - Team Coordinator ประสานงานและติดตามงานข้ามแผนก - Problem Solving Skill แก้ปัญหาหน้างานเฉียบพลันโดยไม่ต้องรอคำสั่งเสมอ - Ownership & Accountability รับผิดชอบงานได้จริง ไม่ผลักปัญหา - Time Management บริหารเวลาได้ดี ตรงต่อเวลา Digital Skills - Excel - PowerPoint & Reporting สรุปสถานะโปรเจค เพื่อนำเสนอ - Basic Data Analysist
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทางด้านวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารโครงการหรือควบคุมโครงการ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint ได้ดี
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน Lean / 5S / Kaizen / TPM เบื้องต้น
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานข้ามแผนกได้ดี
  7. หากมีใบรับรอง PMP หรือวุฒิบัตรอบรม Project Management จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  9. เพศชายหรือหญิง
  10. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  11. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
