Job Descriptions
1. Control and follow up daily activity of warehouse operation
2. Be responsible and advise ware-house staff with related information of their works.
3. Control delivery plan to ensure all products are delivered on time.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders for customer claim and complaint, solve the issue.
5. Control inventory report of raw material and finished goods, make monthly report to accounting dept.
6. Monitor warehouse operation and control FG and Raw material record.
7. Manage delivery to customer on time and record.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3–5 years of working experience in Supply Chain or a related field
- Warehouse Operations Control , Inventory Management
- Monitor performance and support team development
- Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff
- Knowledge of management systems, health and safety regulations, public safety and security,
- Customer and personal service, transportation principles and methods, production and processing,
- Education and training, material handling, administration and management, supply chain,
- Computers and electronics.
- English communication skills.
- Monitor performance and support team development
