Job Descriptions
บัญชีเจ้าหนี้
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบ/สุ่มตรวจ/ตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือ
- ตรวจกระทบยอดสินค้าคงคลังรายเดือน-รายปี
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Supplier
- ตรวจตัดยอดรับชำระหนี้ (คิดค่าคอมมิชชั่น)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามมอบหมาย
บัญชีลูกหนี้
-วางบิล
-ตั้งแฟ้ม/ตั้งรหัสลูกค้ารายใหม่
-ติดตามประสานงานลูกหนี้ค้างเกินกำหนด พร้อมสรุปรายงาน
-กระทบเช็ครับ ทำรายงานเช็ครับคงเหลือ
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส./ป.ตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป (Express) ได้ดี
- สามารถวางแผนตามความสำคัญของงานได้
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบในงานดี
