Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมดูแลปรับ Condition ของเครื่องให้เหมาะสม 2.Test งาน shot แรกประจำวัน 3.วิเคราะห์ปัญหา NG ต่าง ๆ ในการปฏิบัติงานแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และติดตามผล 4.ควบคุมดูแลการเบิกจ่ายยางในการผลิต 5.ดูแลการทำงานพนักงานและเปลี่ยนมาตรฐานวิธีการปฏิบัติ (SWM) ให้เป็นไปตามวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่กำหนด 6.ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 26 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปวส.- ปริญญาตรี / สาขาการผลิต หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป เกี่ยวกับงานด้านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
  4. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหางานและแก้ปัญหาได้
  5. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ MS.Office
  6. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำและกล้าแสดงออก
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
