Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities
•Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of industrial properties on behalf of landlords and occupiers/tenants.
•Proactively identify business development opportunities through direct contact, cold calling, and external industry platforms.
•Coach and guide new agents to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Service existing clients, nurture relationships, and cultivate repeat business and referrals.
•Prepare client presentations, including high-level financial analysis and options reports.
•Oversee transaction management and coordinate with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
•Assist in securing sole agency appointments in industrial landlord representation projects.
•Research and generate market intelligence while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database.
•Create proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and client lists.
•Generate and manage property listings.
•Provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
•Support senior leadership in strategic business initiatives.
