Our client is a Future of Energy. Salary: 40,000-50,000 THB/Month (Total Package) Job responsibility: 1.Strategic planning: -Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for production, supply chain or logistic operations to meet business objectives. -Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set target for planning and operations. 2.Production Planning: -Create and maintain production schedules, considering capacity, resources and inventory levels. -Collaborate with production teams to ensure that production targets are met. 3.Demand Forecasting: -Analyze market trends, customer demand and historical data to forecast product demand. -Adjust production and inventory plans based on demand fluctuations. 4.Operational Coordination: -Ensure the smooth flow of materials and information between different departments and stakeholders. -Coordinate activities across the supply chain including procurement, production and distribution. 5.Process Improvement: -Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in planning and production operations. -Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles. 6.Resource Allocation: -Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment and materials to meet production and supply chain demands. 7.Data Analysis and reporting: -Collect, analyze and report data on planning and operational performance. -Prepare regular reports for senior management to track KPIs and progress working on Monday to Friday: 8.00-17.00 welfare: - Car provide by company (Toyota/Honda Hybrid) - Variable Bonus - Free rice - IPD/OPD - Glasses Allowance - Medical annual check up - Social insurance

Qualifications

35-45 years old, Thai only.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or Engineering is a must
At least 5 years experience of Planning in production from Manufacturing industry is a must
At least 3 years for team management and set KPIs is a must
Background of SAP or ERP programs is a must
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Familiar to direct report with a foreigner.
knows of ISO 9001
Good attitude, willing to learn, quick learner and able to decision making.
working 5 days/week at Kratumbaen, Samutsakorn
Resume : English is a must !!!!!
