Job DescriptionsQuality Control: Identify and address quality issues during the manufacturing process, including both existing and potential problems, propose corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues, and track and verify the effectiveness of these actions.
Execution of Quality Improvement Plans: Ensure the effective execution and implementation of quality improvement plans.
Quality Improvement: Monitor the progress of quality improvement initiatives to ensure the achievement of the set improvement objectives.
Final Closure of Quality Issues: Ensure that all quality issues are appropriately addressed and closed.
Resolution of Quality Disputes: Organize investigations and analyses of major quality incidents to effectively resolve any related quality disputes.
Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with products or services.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in English or Chinese preferred.
- Familiarity with QC 7 tools, SPC, and FMEA, and experience in QE activities is preferred.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in the use of Office software.
