Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาสินค้าใหม่ ตามเทรนตลาด เปรียบเทียบราคาในตลาด ทั้งในไทย และต่างประเทศ 2. สรรหา Supplier สินค้าใหม่-เก่า, เจรจาต่อรอง, ติตต่อเคลมสินค้า และประเมินผู้ขาย 3. แปลเอกสารไทย-อังกฤษ อาทิเช่น คู่มือสินค้า, แคตตาล็อก, คู่มือสำหรับใช้ในการอบรมทุกการอบรม 4. เป็นล่ามการอบรมสินค้า, ต้อนรับแขกชาวต่างชาติที่มาพบผู้บริหาร หรือเยี่ยมชมธุรกิจของบริษัท 5. จัดทำเอกสารและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างประเทศ ทั้งด้านจัดซื้อและงานขาย 6. วางแผนบริหารสินค้า ไม่ให้ขาดสต๊อก และติดตาม Shipment ให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline ที่วางไว้ 7. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี (ชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรอง ทางโทรศัพท์ และ ตอบโต้ E-mail และประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถจัดลำดับงาน และข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ
  6. มีทัศนคติดี Passion ชอบงานท้าทาย เรียนรู้และปรับตัวเข้ากับทีมได้
  7. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน, ทำงานหลายหน้าที่ และสามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้
  8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Word, Excel, Outlook ได้ดี
  9. มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
