Job Descriptions
1. ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านประกันสุขภาพ กับลูกค้าและตัวแทน
2. ดำเนินการประสานงานตอบคำถามด้านกรมธรรม์ ให้ตัวแทนและลูกค้า
3. เช็คเบี้ยประกันกับบริษัทประกันให้กับทางตัวแทนตามนโยบายที่กำหนด
4. ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
การทำงานช่วงเวลา 13:00-22:00 น.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.-ป.ตรี
- มีความรู้ด้านประกันสุขภาพ ประกันชีวิต (พิจารณาสัมภาษณ์ทันที)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านประสานงานกับตัวแทน
- สามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรองและแก้ไขปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft offices ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีบัตรนายหน้าวินาศภัยหรือชีวิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
