Job Descriptions
- เอกสารเกี่ยวกับโครงการ
- จัดตารางและรับจองการขอใช้รถยนต์
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานผู้ขอใช้รถยนต์
- กำหนดตารางและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการนำรถยนต์ไปตรวจสภาพ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำรถเข้าศูนย์บริการ
- ดำเนินการต่อทะเบียนและต่อประกันรถยนต์ประจำปี
- ตรวจรับและเบิกจ่ายอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และเครื่องเขียนให้กับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- ดำเนินการต่อใบอนุญาต/ขออนุญาตต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับราชการ
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการโครงการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน
- วุฒิปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเอง
- อายุ 25-40 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
