Job Descriptions
1.To ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, & continuous improvement of equipment, machine and process. 2.Machine setup,programing machine, PM Plan, & machine check list (SMT,Wave Soldering,Coating Machine:Yamaha,Juki,JT). 3.Troubleshoot & repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime 4.Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing or modifying production process, tooling & first production run/sample production/new process design,prepare material & prepare program, & WI setup for new process. 5.For Process Engineer to prepare new production process,improvement process, & also problem-solving support production team. 6.Facility Management :Electrical,preassure,air,& others. 7.Maintain spare part inventory and machine check list
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical,Electrical, Mechatronics, or industrial engineering
  2. 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance,process engineering in an electronic manufacturing environment
  3. Maintenance & programming of machine experience (SMT,THT,Wave Soldering, Coating Machine: Yamaha,Juki,JT)
  4. Familiarity with IPC Standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-771/7721
  5. English & Chinese Communication (if any)
