Job Descriptions
1. Understand, coordinate, and resolve various production equipment anomalies;
2. Provide technician training and work coordination;
3. Evaluate production equipment and tooling purchases;
4. Introduce new products, confirm processes, and supervise pre-production preparations;
5. Customize and optimize steel mesh, carriers, and tooling;
6. Optimize SMT processes and procedures, and balance work hours.
Qualifications
- Language requirements: none / English or Chinese is preferred.
- Educational requirements: college degree or above.
- Ability requirements: Have more than three years of working experience with Equipments operations / maintance in electronics factory.Proficient in the operation and use of electronics factory production equipment.,Understand and have experience in PCDA circuit boards.
